Sunday 29th July: As no one has come forward to help with the children downstairs next Sunday 29th July the children will now be upstairs in the service.

HOLIDAY CLUB:  Please could everyone save and bring in re-cycling boxes etc for our junk modelling at holiday club. Please leave in Youth room downstairs or give to Jane or Vicki.
Also could we have a couple of volunteers to bake some small cakes for holiday club - they need to be plain and have butter cream on top and then I have a picture topper to go on top.
Please see Jane if you can help out. Thank you
Coat Stand: Does anyone have a coat stand we could use for holiday club please to go in the foyer. Please see Jane or Vicki if you can help.

TABLES FOR CROSSWAYS: Drop - in finishes this Friday evening so we are now without anyone to put the tables up for Crossways every Friday. If anyone can spare half an hour to do this please let Jane Allen know as soon as possible. You don't have to do this every week we could do a rota and take it in turns if we have 4-5 volunteers. Many thanks to Tim and his team for doing this over the last few years, it has been a big help.

PRAYING FOR HOLIDAY CLUB: We are going to spend some time next Tuesday evening - July 24th from 6.30pm praying for this year's Holiday club.
Anyone wishing to join us will be very welcome - we will meet upstairs in the back of church.
Also we have a 3 week Prayer Assignment for anyone wishing to do this, the sheets will be available from Sunday. Thank you.

CHURCH CLEANING DAY: It is proposed to hold a big clean for the building on Thursday 9th August when the place is not in use. Please book the date. The Building will be open all day and we would appreciate as much help as possible. Remember the saying-Many hands make light work. Thanks Howard F

Daytime house group: Wednesday 1st August we are having our last meeting of the summer, and will begin again on Wednesday 12th September 10.00 to 11.30 at Doreen and Brian's house, and fortnightly therafter.

Ladies Prayer group: We have now broken up for the summer break and will meet again on September 10th 7.30 upstairs in Church

FIRST AID CERTIFICATE: Anyone wishing to renew or do the one day first aid qualification please see Jane Allen as soon as possible. We need to get 12 people and then the cost is just over £60 each.

Notice Boards!
You will have seen that we are trying to keep the notice boards neat and tidy as well as being interesting and appealing. The smaller notice board in the Hall will be used to share information on Christian Charities that we as a Church and individuals support. We have had Christian Aid and currently Leprosy Mission. If you have a Charity which is close to your heart it would be great if you could do a display, we aim to change it every 2 or 3 months, so we are looking for a new one for September/October. If you could drop me an email to let me know what or when you would like to do your display that would be great. Thank you  yvonnebailey1@outlook.com

We would like to thank our friends here at Trinity for their gifts, cards and good wishes as we celebrated our diamond wedding anniversary. With love Pete and Sandra

To all my friends to thank you for giving me such a wonderful birthday, it was really amazing. Thank you for all the cards, good wishes and presents I received. God Bless you all. Thank you once again. Marlene

September 20th: Ladies evening event. Fire and Glory ! We will start the evening with a spud supper  followed by a short time of worship and our speaker for the evening is Jean Lupton. This is a free event but booking is essential for catering purposes Please book at trinityladies1@gmail.com

Summer Holidays: Over the last 2 years we have tried to make provision for the children to be downstairs for some of the Sunday's during the summer holidays, so that we don't have to have child friendly services for 6 weeks.
If you feel you could help with the children on a Sunday during July, August or September then please see Jane Allen as soon as possible for a date. We have DVDs or activities to do or you can do your own thing. Many thanks.

TRINITY MENS FELLOWSHIP - There will be no meeting in July or August

CROSSWAYS - Over the next few months July to September on a Saturday morning we are struggling for extra help at Crossways. Anyone who would like to volunteer to cook bacon, collect the pots or toast the bread and spend a Saturday morning doing a bit of outreach here at Trinity, please see Jane Allen as soon as possible or email her at allenpa@talk21.com. Thank you.
“Volunteers are desperately needed for creche on Sunday mornings.  There are always two people on the rota each week, but because a number of our long-standing volunteers have moved to do other things in recent weeks we are getting very low on numbers.  Ideally if 3 or 4 people come forward you would only be asked to help once a month or so.  Please speak with Tracy Shaw, Terry or Arnold if you, or someone you know, has a heart to work with the our 0–3 year olds.  As you will be working with young children you will be asked to undertake a DBS check if you do not already have a current certificate.”
