POINTS FOR PRAYER

Please use this notice sheet to focus your prayers for the church and all the activities going on. Also remember to pray for members of our church family who are in need.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus."  Philippians 4:6-7

Please pray for:

  • The victims of Cyclone Fani in India and Cyclone Kenneth in Mozambique.
  • All who suffer religious persecution around the world; the recent FCO Report states that estimates one in three is the victim of religious persecution, that Christians are the most persecuted group and Christianity faced being "wiped out" from parts of the Middle East.
  • Our Services next week.

Spare ‘Brass in Pocket’You may have read the news that the future of 1p and 2p coins has been rescued - but if you're anything like me they just continue to collect dust in a jar on my shelf!  Please think about putting your unwanted copper to good use.  I am fund raising to launch my book - "Transformed by God's Love" and will be collecting any donations of your unwanted copper up until the end of May (there will be a box in the office).  Alternatively if you would like to find out more about the book or support this ministry with a donation you can read more and make donations online  https://www.givesendgo.com/GKKF  - thanks Sarah Sedwick
