Following the success of last year’s Boxing Day Socialwe are again to host a meal for those in our community who might otherwise be alone during the festive season. If you are willing to share your Boxing Day with others in our community, please let Tarnia know and sign up on the sheet on the notice board. Thank you

Due to changes in volunteer availability the creche desperately needs more volunteers. There are 3 regular children who use the creche, and there are often some visiting parents or grandparents. We always have 2 volunteers every Sunday so you will never be left alone.  Ideally we would like at least another 3 volunteers so people only need to help out once every 4 to 6 weeks. Please speak with Tracy Shaw or any of the creche volunteers if you are interested and you could help out one week to see if it is something you would like to continue with.  You can volunteer for as many or as few Sundays as you wish and the rota is drawn up every quarter according to everybody’s availability. A CRB check will be required if you decide to commit as you are working with young children.
