My Lighthouse (In my Wrestling and in my doubts)                           Jesus lover of my soul

Our God is an awesome God

Leadership meeting will be this Tuesday (23rd) at 7.30pm

The Shoe Box appeal this year is for Children in Distress. The leaflets downstairs on the welcome table give you information on items you may wish to include.   As well as boxes for the children and young people the charity also welcomes boxes for the elderly too. The shoeboxes are being collected on Tuesday the 6th November so could all boxes be in by Sunday the 4th please Thank you, Margaret Radford.

Light Party – Wednesday 31st October – We are hosting a Light Party for children and young people up to 16 years old on 31st October from 6 to 7.30pm.  We will be providing snacks (pizza slices) and ask all to wear bright clothing.

We need someone to take responsibility for looking after the office and photocopier.  Anyone who would be able to serve in this way please see John or Celia.

We are still looking for a painter. Anyone willing or can give us the name and phone no. of a recommended painter please see John or Howard

AGM on Sunday November 18th as part of Morning Worship. Time will not allow for any reports on the day so we plan to produce written reports for circulation in advance. If you wish to provide a report from any group or on any event that has happened over the past 12 months then please send to timbroad@btinternet.com by Sunday November 4th - maximum one paragraph please

AGM on Sunday November 18th will be followed by Faith Lunch. Great chance to continue celebrating all that has happened at Trinity over the past 12 months and all that can happen over the next 12

Harvest donations - we have received a thank you note from Canaan Trust which is on one of the notice boards in the foyer if you wish to read it

Upstairs/Downstairs tables - You may have noticed some changes over recent months in terms of what are on the tables both upstairs and downstairs.  As it is our Church family who mainly visit/pass by the upstairs table we are trying to keep it more Church focused and in keeping with the theme we are studying in House Groups. There will be appropriate literature which is available for anyone to take home, it has been wonderful to see so many of the leaflets and books taken during our study on Prayer.  The downstairs table will be utilised to share information and events that can be accessed by those who don't currently attend Church, especially as we have so many who pass by on their way to various groups.  If you have any ideas or literature to donate please see one of the Leadership team.

Next Trinity Men’s Fellowship Thursday Nov 8th at 7-30pm when the speaker will be Celia Smith who will talk about her experience of working and teaching in the Jimma Hospital Ethiopia.

Following the success of last year’s Boxing Day Social we are again hoping to host a meal for those in our community who might otherwise be alone during the festive season. Before I can start advertising I again need to ask for volunteers as there is a need to have a minimum number. If you are willing to share your Boxing Day with others in our community, please let Tarnia know and sign up on the sheet on the notice board. Thank you

Date for your diary – Trinity Christmas Fayre will take place this year on Saturday 24th November
